A practical system arrangement
Outside air → filtration → indirect evaporative cooling → chilled-water cooling coil → large EC/VFD fans → factory
You can combine this with:
Large HVLS fans for air movement at worker level
Indirect evaporative cooling for pre-cooling the incoming air without adding moisture to the factory
Chilled-water AHUs/air handlers for final temperature and humidity control
VFD/EC fans so airflow automatically reduces when the cooling load is lower
CO₂/temperature sensors and variable ventilation rather than running everything at 100%
Heat recovery, where the factory process/exhaust conditions make it worthwhile
